WHAT DID SOCRATES SAY?

WHAT DID SOCRATES SAY?
One day, Socrates had a house built. His wife and friend started to find fault with the house. Some disliked it: ‘Don’t be angry, but their rooms are not worthy of your glory.’
Some people didn’t like it. It looks awful from the outside. According to all of them, the house was very narrow: They said, ‘Sorry, no one can fit in this hut’.
In the end, the big philosopher could not stand it: ‘Oh, I wish I had a real friend to fill this house,’ he said.
‘So-called everyone is a friend, but come and believe.
There is nothing more than a friend in this world.’
J.D. L Fontaine.
